Cosmetic Surgery Trends: The Dimpleplasty
Carbon Dioxide Injections To Smooth Skin
Katie Price has made no secret of her love of cosmetic surgery however even she admits that her latest cosmetic procedures has gone too far.
Price has recently married cage fighter Alex Reid and last week was actively trying to promote her new single, Free to Love Again, which failed to break into the UK Top 40.
In interviews to promote her new single, Price’s fans were shocked at her puffy face and ‘trout pout’. Price has admitted that she may have gone too far with the facial fillers and Botox.
“The children are calling me Daffy Duck and laughing at my puffy pillow face,” she bemoaned in an interview with New! magazine. “Blown-up red lips, long dark hair and make-up. I do look like a duck.”
New! magazine also claim that a friend of Price said, “Katie thinks she looks like a cartoon character. She tries to laugh it off but she knows she looks a state. She’s a desperate to have the fillers dissolved and wants them out of her face.”
On seeing pictures from her recent marriage to Alex Reid, Price is also thought to have exclaimed, “Oh my God look at my beak! It’s an actual beak. It’s like f***king ducks’ lips that stick out. It’s a joke.”
However Price has said she doesn’t care about what people think about her cosmetic surgery. In an interview with Radio 1, Price revealed, “I’m not bothered what people say about me or my looks. Boring!”
If Price were to stop all the facial fillers and enhancements for a year, it is likely that her face will go back to it’s natural looking state. However given that once many women start to have cosmetic procedures such as facial fillers and Botox on their face, they find it hard to stop, only time will tell whether Price’s horror at her overuse of cosmetic fillers will be enough to make her completely stop or whether she will continue to use them.
